Terra Nova Body Clinic specialize in IPL, high end skin rejuvenation treatments and body treatments for fat and cellulite reduction. We also offer a full range of massage therapy including the fabulous Pure Fiji range. We are a well established business with a large and expanding client base.
Sadly, one of our team is shifting to Australia so we are looking for someone to take her place. Here’s what you must be or have to be successful in our team
• Be a team player

• be able to learn and retain information easily
• Understand what outstanding customer service means
• Be confident with salon software or about learning salon software
• Have fluent spoken and written English language skills
We are flexible on background, but you will have trained in one or the following areas – beauty therapy, massage therapy, nursing, physiotherapy, fitness instruction.

Customer Service – Front Desk, Beauty industry

Terra Nova Body Clinic Ellerslie is a laser and appearance enhancement clinic doing treatments for permanent hair removal, skin treatments and body shaping along with massage therapy and beauty therapy basics.
We are looking to increase our team with a full time front desk manager, who will be responsible for traffic management, cash management, appointment scheduling & calendar management, stock management. The primary function of this job will be ensuring our level of customer service is as high as possible, but there are also administrative functions that must be managed at the desk, plus selling and managing inventory.
To do this job well, you must have outstanding communication ability, be able to multi-task and be confident with computer work – you will need to become expert on our Salon Software. A background in the beauty, appearance medicine or spa industries would be a huge advantage, as you will need to be conversant with all our treatments.
Hours will be Tues – Saturday (no evenings). A competitive hourly rate and benefits package is included. Location is Ellerslie and parking will be provided.
Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory, as is experience in a similar role or environment.
