Terra Nova Body Clinic is a destination for high quality massage therapy. All staff on the team are massage enthusiasts and most are massage specialists. We offer treatments ranging from Tuina deep tissue Chinese massage for tight muscles, headaches and energy blockages to the utterly relaxing Pure Fiji full body treatments. You will be in good hands.

Chinese style of massage focuses on deep tissue release. We have a full time Chinese Massage Therapist in the clinic. While his English is not so perfect, his ability to read bodies is remarkable. He tends to go harder than most massage therapists. This is ideal for people who prefer deep tissue (and can take it), and is worth traveling across town for. Recommended for people experiencing tense back & shoulders, stiff necks, tight hips, headaches or sinus related problems - or almost any body related problem.

Chinese Style Reflexology
Chinese style reflexology is available Monday - Saturday. You’ll feel fantastic after this intense treatment, The entire body can be treated through the feet. You will feel invigorated following the treatment and will sleep very deeply for the week following treatment. Appointments are available between 9am – 6pm Monday to Saturday and can be as long or as short as you would like. We often book people for 30 minutes, or for 2 hours.

Pure Fiji Island Drift (one hour)
Start with a soak in the Pure Fiji Coconut Milk foot bath, followed by a sugar rub foot exfoliation, then relax into a full back massage including a wonderful Pure Fiji hair and scalp ritual – this is more than a massage!

Pure Fiji Lomi Lomi Deluxe Head to Toe (90 mins)
Select your Pure Fiji tropical fragrance (coconut, frangipani, starfruit, passionflower), and let the journey begin! A full body lomi lomi massage, devine Pure Fiji hair and scalp ritual plus foot mask & wrap in the rich, indulgent Pure Fiji Body Butter. Extremely relaxing and wonderfully fragrant. You will be walking on air!

Pure Fiji Island Wrap (90 mins)
This is a unique hour and a half total chill out – ideal as a gift for yourself or someone else. Drift away with the Fijian music while we deliver this combined full body treatment inclusive of facial. Hydrating and detoxing, you will be amazed at how great you feel. Treatment includes body exfoliation, lomi lomi style massage, hand and foot mask, facial, scalp massage plus a full body wrap with warm stone.

A gentle Pure Fiji Sugar Rub exfoliation, followed by Pure Fiji massage using tropical nut oils to give your skin a lovely healthy glow. Skin feels super smooth and hydrated.

Pure Fiji Decide-on-the-Day
This is the Pure Fiji ‘mini menu’, where you can decide on the day not just on the fragrance, but the treatment(s) also – let the mood of the day take you. There are 30 minute and 60 minute options available. You can select multiple half hour or full hour treatments back to back if you wish. A wonderful gift to enjoy with a friend in the one room. By prior arrangement we can make this a champagne treat day ($20 extra). Make it a champagne treat for three or more people for one hour or more and the bubbles are on us!.
'Decide-on-the-Day' Half Hour – all treatments $50
‘Sugar, Sugar’
Pure Fiji Sugar Rub exfoliation of the feet and lower legs. Foot mask in Pure Fiji Body Butter, then the same over for hand and forearms. Incredibly relaxing without taking much of your busy time.
‘Top Down’
Using a Pure Fiji tropical oil of your choice, this massage is to release tight neck and shoulder muscles. Starting with a face and scalp massage, followed by a neck and shoulder massage to relieve tension.
‘Pedi Refresh’
Here’ the solution for hot and swollen feet! Pure Fiji’s Dilo Rescue gel has a cooling, refreshing effect on tired or aching feet. Include a Dilo mask plus a foot and lower leg massage. Perfect for tired, aching legs. Nails are not manicured in this 30 minute treatment.
‘Back and Shoulders’
Straightforward – a relaxing massage for back and shoulders using Pure Fiji’s Tropical Oil of your choice.

‘Sweet Solace’
Sugar rub exfoliation of feet and lower legs. Foot mask in Pure Fiji Body Butter plus lomi lomi back & shoulder massage
‘Glow Top to Toe’’
Green Tea antioxidant facial – perfect for detoxing and reviving the skin, followed by sugar rub and massage on full back or full legs.
‘Tropical Beach’ Pedicure
Pure Fiji Coconut Milk Bath foot soak is followed by Pure Fiji Body Butter mask, leg massage and full pedicure. This is a tropical escape leaving your feet and toes fresh, relaxed, soft and of course painted in the shade of your choice. Can also be done as a manicure.
‘Lomi Lomi’
A wonderful hour long lomi lomi full body and scalp massage, using the Pure Fiji oil of your choice.
‘Body Glow’
