Chinese Tuina Deep Tissue - (Ellerslie Clinic Only)

Chinese style of massage focuses on deep tissue release. We have a full time Chinese Massage Therapist in the clinic. While his English is not so perfect, his ability to read bodies is remarkable. He tends to go harder than most massage therapists. This is ideal for people who prefer deep tissue (and can take it), and is worth traveling across town for. Recommended for people experiencing tense back & shoulders, stiff necks, tight hips, headaches or sinus related problems - or almost any body related problem.

Relaxation Massage

Lomi Lomi Massage

Long relaxing massage strokes - extremely relaxing, yet still deep around shoulders where there are knots or tightness. Can be done as single or double treatment.

Swedish Massage

Listen to birds tweeting and a soft breeze rustling leave in the trees around you as youenjoy the uplifting Organic Spa massage aroma. A wonderfully relaxing full body massage focusing on tired back and shoulder muscles. Can be done as a single or double treatment.

Hot Stone Massage (60 or 90 mins)

The original polynesian Hot Stone Massage – utterly relaxing with warmed stones placed on Chakra lines and in therapist's hands to deliver a totally relaxing all absorbing massage treatment. .
