Our registered dietitian will lead you through a structured inShape Expert programme, conducting one to one meetings with you for the duration of your ‘treatment’ package. At completion of your chosen programme, she is available for casual ongoing consultations either on a one hour ‘sort it’ lifestyle problem solving session, or for a half hour ‘Q&A’ consultation.
Your initial meeting will be a full consultation including health screening and gathering information about your lifestyle and goals. From there, the dietician will discuss with you which of our treatment plans will be best for you.
Choose between two structured programmes as follows:
inShape Expert Starter programme is a 4 week programme involving an in depth initial consultation to gather lifestyle information and health screening. From there, weekly meetings will be held to keep you on track, plus deal with key issues around nutrition including shop smart, getting portions right, attitudes and lifestyle.These are structured information modules that are customized to your life to give you the knowledge you will need to stay slim beyond the conclusion of the starter programme. Follow up consultations are available following conclusion of the Starter Programme as required.

inShape Expert Lifestyle programme is a comprehensive 8 week programme that covers all content of the starter programme, plus tackles the more complicated social situations like dealing with family meals, desserts, social weekends & parties – you can have a life and still be slim. Let us show you how! There is significantly more information and indepth investigation into lifestyle and attitudes toward food in the Lifestyle Programme.
The inShape Expert Lifestyle Programme is designed for long term weight loss and lifestyle change. It costs $420 (all inclusive, payable at the initial consultation).

inShape Expert ‘Situation’ a one hour session to focus on specific issues you are facing and find workable solutions. $85
inShape Expert ‘Hello’ is a half hour question and answer session to get questions answered or resolve non complex issues. $60.

As your energy level increases, and you are ready to add some body shaping to your programme, we will introduce you to trainers and instructors who can customise a workout programme for you that is going to fit with your goals and lifestyle. This may be Pilates, or Personal Training, Fitness Classes or a mini circuit you can do at home if you prefer.
