We will lead you through a structured inShape Expert programme, conducting one to one meetings with you starting with a comprehensive consultation.
After a full 90 minute consultation which includes full health check, dietary and lifestyle analysis, we will introduce you to our ‘small steps’ concepts, where you sign up for ‘easy to make’ changes personalized to you. Choose you own goals. Our job is to keep you on track to achieve them.
In house fitness professionals will join your personal team and construct a plan to get you moving and burning more fat, and clinic technicians will also join your team as and if required, introducing you to our fantastic state-of-the art high tech treatments designed to reduce fat, shape and tone, and reduce cellulite.

Consultations are available as follows:
inShape Expert initial consultation -an indepth investigation of your current lifestyle, health assessment and discussion around key aspects of your past history with food, exercise, your situation and goals. $180
inShape Expert ‘Progress’ meeting: - a follow up session to review progress and set new goals. We recommend you continue with at least three 60 minute meetings after your initial consultation $85
inShape Expert ‘Hello’:- a half hour question and answer session to get questions answered or resolve non complex issues. $60.
